1. Processing Time
Once your order is placed, your invoice will be received in 24 hours. All Live show orders will be packed and shipped approximately 24 hours from time of payment. All other orders we aim to process it within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates depend on the destination and weight of your order. For Live Show orders your shipping cost is incorporated into your total at checkout automatically based on weight and shipping address. During checkout, you will be provided with the available shipping options and costs based on your shipping address.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier’s website.
