Sweepstakes Overview

The Lucky Strike Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is a promotional event where eligible participants will have the chance to win one of three prizes related to mineral prospecting and crystal collecting. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Prizes

Grand Prize (1 Winner):
- One (1) Mining Claim — winner’s choice between a verified Crystal Claim or a verified Gold Claim, provided by The Crystal Playground LLC.
- Claim will be transferred in accordance with applicable laws and regulations under the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS).

Second Prize (1 Winner):
- One (1) Complete Prospecting Kit, containing a curated selection of tools and accessories used in gem and mineral prospecting.
- A Crystal Playground Merch Bundle, including crystal-themed apparel and branded items.

Third Prize (1 Winner):
- One (1) Prospector’s Backpack from the official Prospecting Kit.
- A Crystal Playground Merch Bundle, including crystal-themed apparel and branded items.

Approximate Retail Values (ARV)

Grand Prize: $10,000–$12,000 (approx. value based on market data for comparable mining claims)
Second Prize: Approx. $500
Third Prize: Approx. $250

Number of Winners

A total of three (3) winners will be selected — one Grand Prize winner, one Second Prize winner, and one Third Prize winner.

Prize Substitution

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control make the stated prize unavailable.

Eligibility and Entry Methods

The Lucky Strike Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of The Crystal Playground LLC, and members of their immediate families or household members, are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

Participants must have access to the internet and a valid Instagram account set to public (if entering through social media). This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform.

Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 12/22/25 and ends on 01/20/25. Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be considered.

How to Enter

There are two methods of entry:

1. Social Media Entry (Instagram): Follow @thecrystalplaygroundllc on Instagram and like the official giveaway post. Limit one (1) entry per person .
2. Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase or Social Media Required): Mail a handwritten note including your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and the statement ‘I would like to enter The Crystal Playground Lucky Strike Giveaway. I understand that no purchase is necessary to enter or win.’ Mail to: The Crystal Playground LLC, Attn: Lucky Strike Giveaway Entry, PO Box 25331, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80936. Entries must be postmarked by the Sweepstakes end date and received within five (5) business days after.

Entry Limits

Each individual may submit a maximum of two (1) entries total — either one via social media or one via mail. Duplicate or automated entries will be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by The Crystal Playground LLC within seven (5) days after the Sweepstakes end date.

Potential winners will be notified via direct message/email (for social media entries) or via email/phone (for mail entries). Winners must respond within two (2) calendar days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

Verification may include completing and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.

Grand Prize will be transferred in compliance with state and federal laws via the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (DRMS). Other prizes will ship within 30 days of verification.

General Conditions, Liability, and Publicity Release

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of The Crystal Playground LLC, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if technical issues or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless The Crystal Playground LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from all liability related to participation, acceptance, or use of prizes.

Except where prohibited by law, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and resolved exclusively in the courts of El Paso County, Colorado.
