A: We’re a three-part experience for crystal lovers, adventurers, and collectors! Our company includes:

  1. Live Instagram Shows – Join our high-energy live sales where we showcase unique crystals, gemstones, and rare finds in real time.

  2. Crystal Apparel & Rockhounding Gear – Our online shop features crystal-themed clothing, accessories, and field gear made for style and rugged use.

  3. Tourist Destination & Campground (Coming Soon) – Located just 10 minutes from the Great Sand Dunes in Alamosa, CO, we’re building a crystal dig site and primitive campground complete with showers, toilets, and sandboard rentals.

2. How do I place an order?

Placing an order with us is simple:

  1. Browse our product categories and select your items.

  2. Add them to your cart.

  3. Proceed to checkout, where you can either create an account or checkout as a guest.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method and complete your order. Once your payment is processed, we’ll prepare your items for shipment. 

3. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes and no, we offer international shipping on all orders other than Live Show orders. Live Show Orders are exclusively domestic unless otherwise set up with us ahead of time. We ship worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. You can also see delivery times for your region before finalizing your purchase.

4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once an order is confirmed, it is generally not possible to make changes or cancellations. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to our support team immediately at support@thecrystalplayground.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.

5. How do I participate in your live sales?

We host live sales regularly on our Instagram and TikTok channels. To participate:

  2. Watch our live streams to claim your favorite items.

  3. When you claim an item, we’ll send you a link to complete your purchase on our website. Be sure to follow us to stay updated on upcoming live sales.
